Miller could make you feel special as he confided in you about anything and everything. I often marveled at his ability to communicate to diverse groups of people. I know he would never consider himself a self-sacrificing person, but I witnessed his kindness time and again.

Miller always walked with a smile on his face, ready to make everyone else as happy as he was. Right before I moved to attend Middle Tennessee State University, miller helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. I am honored to have a part in celebrating the life he led as a friend and confidant. It's amazing what a smile can do. Thank you, Miller, for all you meant to so many people
